Konferenca përfundimtare, takimet e projektit dhe botimi i monografisë

Mirësevini në buletinin e tretë dhe të fundit të projektit UnInLeCo, i cili mbulon majin maj të vitit 2023, deri në shkurt të vitit 2024.
Takimi i 4-të i projektit transnacional dhe sesioni i dytë i trajnimit, shtator 2023
Në shtator të vitit 2023, koordinatori i projektit të Universitetit të Alicantes, realizoi takimin e 4-të transnacional të projektit në Alicante, Spanjë. Gjatë takimit partnerët diskutuan ballë për ballë mbi aspektet më të rëndësishme të menaxhimit dhe koordinimit të aktiviteteve të UnInLeC-s. Partnerët shqyrtuan gjendjen e rezultateve të secilit partnerë dhe treguesve të projektit, përcaktuan udhëzimet për zhvillimin e një libri si pjesë e projektit, si dhe përmbajtjen e materialit audiovizual që do të vihet në dispozicion të trajnerëve dhe pjesëmarrësve të ardhshëm në veprimet e ardhshme të projektit.
UnInLeCo, sendërtimi i komunitetit dhe zhvillimi i aftësive digjitale.
Më 28 dhe 29 shtator, një aktivitet i ri mësimor u zhvillua në Alicante. Gjatë sesioneve të trajnimit (Train the Trainers), një grup profesionistësh nga sektori i tretë dhe anëtarë të organizatave të konsorciumit punuan në mënyrë aktive në aspektet më të rëndësishme të trajnimit që do të zhvillohen për ndërhyrjet e ardhshme të trajnimit, kryesisht të lidhura me rezultatet e projektit 3, 4 dhe 5.
U mbajtën punëtori dhe prezantime të ndryshme me pjesëmarrjen e një numri të mirë pjesëmarrësish nga secili prej grupeve të synuara të projektit: sipërmarrësit rural (Maqedoni), refugjatët (Gjermani), të moshuarit (Slloveni), fëmijët në rrezik, apo të përjashtuar (Nazareth- UA-Spanjë), refugjatët ukrainas (Association of Friends of Ukraine of Alicante & Ukrainian slavutich of Muchamiel-FUNDEUN, Spanjë), si dhe Kryetari i Dialogut Social në Universitetin e Alicantes. Në këtë mënyrë, UnInLeCo kontribuoi në krijimin e një aleance të përhershme mbështetëse që rrit gatishmërinë digjitale të njerëzve në rrezik, si dhe të profesionistëve që punojnë me ta, për të zhvilluar më tej aftësitë e tyre digjitale dhe për të nxitur një qëndrim të favorshëm ndaj të mësuarit në mjedise digjitale, duke ndërtuar dhe mbajtur një sistem të mbështetjes sociale.
Takimi i 5-të i projektit transnacional, shkurt 2024
TPM nr. 5 ishte takimi i fundit i projektit i organizuar nga ISSBS në Celje, Slloveni. Gjatë takimit u diskutuan rezultatet e projektit, raportimi i projektit, si dhe ndikimi dhe qëndrueshmëria e projektit. Takimi u mbajt krahas konferencës finale.
Konferenca përfundimtare UnInLeCo, u mbajt më 15 shkurt 2024, në Celje dhe njëkohësisht online në ZOOM.
Në konferencë u prezantuan rezultatet e projektit dhe e-platforma me kurset. Në panel diskutime, folësit e ri diskutuan rolin e misionit të tretë të universiteteve dhe rëndësinë e kompetencave digjitale për mirëqenien e grupeve të ndryshme vulnerabël. Evoluimi i rolit të universiteteve nga faza "klasike" në "të angazhuar" pasqyron një kalim nga elitizmi në një orientim më gjithëpërfshirës dhe praktik. "Universiteti i angazhuar" synon të integrohet me shoqërinë, duke i shërbyer nevojave më të gjera të shoqërisë, duke ruajtur akoma një perspektivë kritike. Rekomandimet nga ky këndvështrim theksojnë angazhimin aktiv të studentëve, përfshirjen e komunitetit, shfrytëzimin e burimeve universitare për përfitime shoqërore dhe sigurimin e përfshirjes në të gjitha aspektet e akademisë. Rreth 100 pjesëmarrës ndërkombëtarë morën pjesë në konferencë.
Çështjet e botimit monografik “Unleashing the Power of Community Animators”, prezantuar në konferencën përfundimtare UnInLeCo
Libri i botuar nga ToKnowPress (https://toknowpress.net/monographs/978-83-65020-43-7/) shpërndau rezultatet e projektit UnInLeCo (veçanërisht materialet e WP1) për publikun e gjerë dhe stafin akademik të institucioneve të arsimit të lartë, si dhe për partneritetin e një projekti tjetër Erasmus+ Local Environment Animation – New Chance for Youth Development.
Në pjesën e parë të këtij libri gjithëpërfshirës, ne thellojmë konceptin e shumëanshëm të 'animacionit' dhe interpretimeve të ndryshme të tij, me një theks të veçantë në rolin e tij kryesor në animacionin shoqëror. Pjesa e dytë e librit shtjellon sfidat me të cilat përballen komunitetet e margjinalizuara në kërkimin e tyre për burime digjitale. Në qendër të kësaj narrative është roli kryesor që luajnë aftësitë e shkrim-leximit digjital dhe sistemet mbështetëse në tejkalimin e ndarjes digjitale dhe nxitjen e përfshirjes sociale.

Second transnational face-to-face meeting

Welcome to the second newsletter of the UnInLeCo project (University and Business Inclusive Digital Learning Coaches). The representative of the project coordinator, University de Alicante thanked the partners for their contribution so far, and opened a discussion about the outstanding action points from meetings on February 15th/ March 7th .
All the partners gave their feedback related to the main aspects for intervention about the first result - preparing the first handbook. The deadline for finishing the first intellectual output of the UnInLeCo project was decided to be at the end of the May. After that the partners will be able to translate the handbook in their local languages.
Regarding the first multiplayer event, respectively about the materials, platform, participants, all the partners presented short presentations of the organized events and gave feedback from their participation, in terms of how useful the information about the Uninleco project, digital competences, and best practices was to them.
Among other issues of the transnational meeting was the design and core content of template presentation on content platform, and the book. The partners opened discussion and gave suggestions on how to design the content. SEE University will be responsible for the design of the content and will present it at the next meeting in Alicante, at the end of September.
In the meeting was also discussed about the quality assurance and project evaluation, organizational and financial issues, dissemination plan, and the next steps of the project. The next transnational meeting was decided to be held at the end of September.
The SEEU coordinator welcomed the group and informed all attendees about the most important aspects of the city of Skopje, and Tetovo. After the transnational meeting, the attendees enjoyed a tour of the SEEU campus and lunch, all organized by the host.

Project presentation, First transnational face-to-face meeting and Train the Trainers

University of Alicante + FUNDEUN
Welcome to the first newsletter of the UnInLeCo project (University and Business Inclusive Digital Learning Coaches). This project is coordinated by the University of Alicante under the Erasmus + programme (Key Action 2 - Partnerships for Cooperation), from March 2022 to February 2024.
UnInLeCo aims to create a permanent support partnership that increases the digital readiness of disadvantaged risk groups, as well as the professionals working with them, to further develop their digital competences and to foster a favourable attitude towards learning in digital environments, by building and maintaining a social support system.
The international consortium carrying out this project is composed of the University of Alicante as coordinator, South East European University of the Republic of North Macedonia, International School for Social and Business Studies of Slovenia, Institut für sozialwissenschaftliche Beratung- ISOB in Germany and FUNDEUN.
The intellectual outputs of the project will mainly result in the creation of an open training platform that will focus on the following targets: teachers of children at risk of social exclusion, staff working with refugees of the war in Ukraine, workers interacting with elderly people, counsellors working with rural women entrepreneurs and volunteers working with refugees.
On 21, 22 and 23 November, the Slovenian partner (ISSBS) hosted the 1st Transnational Meeting and Train the Trainers of the project in the city of Piran. The meeting, which was the first to be held in person in the context of the project, took place on the premises of the local EMUNI University. During the meeting, the partners were able to work face to face on the most important aspects of UNINLECO's management and task coordination.
During the training sessions (Train the Trainers), which took place over the course of three days, a group of professionals from the third sector and members of the consortium organisations actively worked on the most relevant training aspects to be developed for future training interventions, with the main focus put on the participants and future trainers of interested participants.
The ISSBS coordinator welcomed the group and informed all attendees about the most important aspects of the city of Piran, including some of its history and its belonging to the Kingdom of Venice. The attendees enjoyed a tour of the campus after the training sessions, and prior to the meeting topics that focused on the management and next steps in the implementation of the project.
